Acupuncture Fertility Center, Inc. and Galena AcuSpa believe in the value of acupuncture and massage for you and your family and have worked hard to maintain a fair and reasonable pricing structure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, business/personal checks and cash.

With respect to insurance, we are considered "out of network" providers.  Our policy is to collect payment in full at the time of service.  If your insurance policy covers acupuncture, we can submit claims electronically on your behalf and have your insurance company reimburse you directly.  This policy allows us to keep administration costs to a minimum so we can continue to offer fair and reasonable prices for everyone.

If you have questions about your policy and what it covers, we encourage you to call the customer service number on your insurance card.  At minimum, ask:

          1.  Is acupuncture a covered benefit?
          2.  Are there any limitations?
          3.  What are my "out-of-network" benefits for acupuncture?
          4.  What is my deductible, and how much has been met?
          5.  Ask where you can find a written detail of your acupuncture coverage.

If there is a policy or bulletin available online, ask them to e-mail the link to you.

Acupuncture is considered a qualified health care expense for Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Acupuncture is also a tax deductible expense (IRS Pub 502), so make sure you keep track of what you are spending or contact our office at the end of the year and request a statement.
